I have been suffering badly with wind/gas problems..
 This is all new to me.. and I wondered why..
Today I found out why..

APPLE JUICE.. was to blame..
When I was in hospital back in January they gave me apple juice.. The taste was lovely..
I continued to drink it dayl..
I checked out what was different in my diet .. Apple Juice..
I asked Google if this can cause wind/ gas..
Yes... It ferments in the bowel...

Good job I found out the cause though.. 
Going to the Co-op was going to get embarrassing..
I didn't even like my own company..

There is a technique for that. When you feel the need quickly find a deserted aisle. After doing the deed scuttle off quickly. If there is no time for that just look round quickly with a disgusted look on your face seeking the culprit.
