A miracle of Jesus

The traffic lights cause pandemonium of course.

We've just had an election leaflet from the Greens.  All three of our councillors are Green, I didn't vote for them. The party leader, Polanski, is a nutter IMO.

If all three councillors are Greenies, does this mean that the council was previously Labour?

I wonder whether, now they know that Labour is not likely to be elected again, they have individually moved to the Green party?

I don't think Jebus is responsible.  If so, the road would have been repaired instantly without the need of any traffic lights.

The council IS NOC. Sheffield was Labour historically, but in the early 2000s they lost out to the Lib Dems.   Back to Labour, then just recently went to NOC.

I think I shall vote NOC - they seem to be on the up and up

Patch repairs to the road can be used to mop up any unused budget in this financial year. Our council's dug up a children's playground, a few years ago they replaced the street lights.

In our region the Green Party had the "say" for 16 years and at the election some weeks ago they won again - but very tight. As far as I can judge they did a good job in the past. Times are very difficult lately, above all in our region with all those automobile manufacturers - Mercedes and Porsche - and sub-suppliers like Bosch and Mahle. And the wars in the Ukrainia and Iran are not beneficial.

Is the German Green Party supported by the muslim population Ansu  ?

I image they aren't. Ours has been hi-jacked from the environmentalists you'd expect it to be. Mind you it has been hard left for quite a while.

No surprise there, I think.  The Lefties are fully aware that Labour is unlikely to form another government, so I assume that if they want to go somewhere, the best option appears to be the Greenies.

They must be seriously deluded to image the Greens could form a government. From what I heard they can't even organise their own party conference.

To see these  deranged crackpots on a stage with a male stripper in black leather made me think this country is truly lost .

And yet here we have the deputy leader with his wife in full Niqab .
I am missing something here

All three of our councillors are Greens. They organise litter picks, and support the local foodbank. More visible than their predecessors.  I wonder what they make of Pulanski and his deputy.

I don't think local government is always an indicator of GE voting.  I think our incumbent Labour MP will retain her seat. Our constituency is split into two distinct halves, where I live must be about 95% white, it's a popular area, lots of young professionals buying here. The other half is one of the most deprived, multi ethnic areas in the city.
