It seems that such sub-humans can murder such babies quite easily.
If we brought back hanging, though, they would do it only once.
Better stilll, I believe the hanging consequence would deter many from even thinking about it.
Yes, I am all in favour of hanging for murder.  Done publicly, it would be even more effective.

I agree with the death sentence in some horrific cases,  and also agree about it might act as a deterrent for some criminals  as well.
However,  we're not like the old Cowboy films anymore,   so I think hanging is a bit medieval  in this day and age.     
 I don't see why a killer can't be subject to a lethal injection like  animals have administered.
