Let's do brunch..

 Brunch..
That's what we did on Saturday.. 
My granddaughter Amy came down to stay with me for a few days.. 
We did the charity shops.. some mooching around town.. a walk through the park.. 
We met others for BRUNCH..  
What a silly word... Why can't we just meet for coffee and select from the late breakfast menu or early lunch menu.. !!!
 Amy was a breath of fresh air.. The house came alive..
... she made me watch Love Island...
She said it was so much warmer down here then in Lincoln where she lives..

That all sounds Scrumpy!  In a couple of weeks I'm off to Durham on the train with my daughter and younger granddaughter.  We're visiting her cousin, my older granddaughter,  who's at uni there.  We've booked for BRUNCH on the Saturday morning, before we catch the train home.  Very fashionable! ☺️
