I think the BBC are beginning to see their end!
Their lies, especially re. Trump; their greed in demanding payment to watch ALL live TV; their general attitude and bias if you watch programmes like Question Time.  
It seems that more and more people are seeing no reason to pay for a TV licence and, for that reason, I believe that their present system of financial support is destined to end.
I can foresee that once this Labour government is gone, they will be obliged to compete on a level playing field.

They are likely to have this Labour government oversee their next charter renewal and they are as likely as not to continue funding them through the taxpayer but maybe not through the current licence as so many are no longer paying.
