The hunger strikers

I've read that they're taking it in turns to not eat and calling it a hunger strike. As far as I know, the record for hunger strikes in prison is 66 days so if one of these middle class nitwits had not eaten for over 44 days they'd be very week and quite possibly past the point of no return, but that's apparently not the case. They don't appear to be protesting their innocence either so I don't know what their game is.

I'm sure that the majority of people are either fully aware of those prisoners' silly game, or they really don't give a toss.  Taking turns not to eat is not really a hunger strike anyway, rather an exhibitioner's way of dieting.

The Sultana woman is equally ridiculous and will achieve nothing because most people really don't give a toss about the prisoners.  We have always had a section of society which lacks any common sense, and many of those are trendy lefties.
What exactly is her 'vigil' anyway?  Does she sit on a chair wearing a thick coat, with an appropriately worded sign and reading Karl Marx?  I imagine that most passers-by take absolutely no notice of her.

My new year resolution is to go on an occasional hunger strike until these hunger strikers stop their hunger strike.

I promise to go on a hunger strike when the time is right.
Not just now, of course.  I think perhaps that will be when Marge tells me I'm getting too fat.

I had a practice hunger strike last night.  Ate a couple of peanuts at around 9pm, then nothing else until a bit of toast this morning at about 10am.

Was hard, but managed to stick to it.

Might try again tonight, in the hope that it brings world peace.  Every little helps.

Two peanuts and toast should be enough for a day's intake.  Keep it up Dex.  You'll appreciate it.
Fewer visits to the toilet as well.  Are you allowed to drink?  You could reduce that as well.

I've asked Zack Polanski if he can come and demonstrate outside my house.  I'm kinda hoping that as he runs the Green Party, he might tidy up a few bits and pieces in my garden, as well as use his well known hypnosis techniques to reduce my moobs a tad.

I hope so.  At present, it's costing me a fortune in cling film.
