They are brave folks to risk injury and arrest. They'll get little help from this country if they do end up in trouble with the French.

Ah.  But perhaps they could claim asylum as they are in fear of the immigrants.

Quote from: Alex on Yesterday at 01:22:27 PMJudging from these photos there seems to be more action from this group, it's worrying though that many of these illegals carry knives so I hope nobody is attacked !
If any illegals arrive here carrying knives, I believe that our armed forces should be allowed to shoot them...
and then send them back.

Quote from: Dextrous63 on Yesterday at 11:03:53 AMIt's interesting, don't you think, that two of the relatively newish countries (US and Australia) which were formed on the back of the destruction and relocation of the indigenous population by immigrants, are doing everything in their power to stop this reoccurring by keeping tight control of its borders?

That was a different time, of course, when different attitudes prevailed.  At the same time, are there not still native north Americans ('red Indians') still living in the US and also native Australians still in Australia.
Admittedly, both nations have been taken control of by the US and modern Australia, but can still remain home for the original people.
Another benefit is that both of those peoples are probably now living in more peaceful, secure and profitable lands.

No idea just how unsafe and wartorn the countries were before the west rocked up too annihilate their ways of life 🤷🏻♂️

Maybe the immigrants coming over here know just how terrible a country we are and have made some kind of unspoken collective pact to come over, rip down and take apart our disgusting ways,  and build a lovely new future for themselves and indeed us all.
