What do you think of Australia banning under 16s from having the Internet?
I don't think it will work, today's kids really know how to get around things like the pins that say your in another country ect ect. They will not give it up without a fight.

Sounds like more lefty claptrap to me. Doubtless costly and totally pointless because it won't work.

Dictatorships manage to exclude sites by blocking them and trying to block all non government VPNs but that is blocking them for all (except their own propaganda bots and elites obviously) but even they don't block just children. Far too handy for accidentally or deliberately giving away parents misdeeds too.
