Christmas..

I still like Christmas,  but in a much gentler, calmer way than years ago.

I don't put many decorations up anymore,  mainly because I don't feel safe getting up into the loft to find them any more,  but I do still like those little  Christmassy window stickers of Santa, and Snowmen, and Reindeers, etc.  I still put a wreath on the front door too.   Big kid ey.

With the exception of two items from the USA the Vlad Christmas Shopping Extravagance purchasing and wrapping experience is now complete.
My bank has breathed a sign of relief, Amazon have returned to normal manning at its warehouses, and PayPal has credited me with lots of points. 

I sit here in that glow of self satisfaction that eludes normal people. I can see a mention in the New Years Honours Awards for services to the Retailing Industry.

Yes, and that was quite prevalent many years ago when I was in the RAF.  It is, of course, still perfectly true.
