Men and Viagra

I am quite amazed this morning, after reading the NHS has prescribed a man of 102, Viagra.
The article said 250,000 prescriptions for this drug have been given to over 80's in the last 12 months..

It also made me wonder how old their partners are,  because no way would I believe a woman of 100 or so,  would  still be 'at it.' 

Is this all a waste of the £16.9 million it cost the NHS last year for this drug,  or are they entitled to it do you think?  It made me wonder, when I was recently told I had to buy my own Vit B12!
