Stupid errors on my part!

Story of my life. I set my rules of concentrating on completing the puzzle within the allowed number of tries and then just jump in boots first guessing where it looks obvious but there are other possible answers. The ones I really hate are when I miss a revealed letter and miss it out of my guess. Or don't consider one of the common letters is in it as they should have been guessed already. In short rushing rather than being careful.

Looking at the scores it goes to show just how much depends on those opening words. As you usually beat me I should maybe revisit mine although I'm still in favour of more reveals over using duplicate vowels.

It does for me for sure. It looked so crappy outside that I gave shooting a miss for the third Wednesday on the trot and was in no huge rush. Annoyingly that ground only opens Wednesdays in the week.
