The story of the Mitford family and their shenanigans.
I was surprised  ~ it was much better and more enjoyable than I expected, gave a really good insight into the family and where it all began.
Will definitely  continue with it ✔ 👍

Its a drama about the Mitford family, mostly about the 4 sisters who caused such a hoo ha before the war with their sympathies and links to Mosely, fascism and Germany.
The thing that is so interesting is the way the drama shows you step by step how these young girls were brought up in a huge fun filled family to marry well, and the rebellious streak in several of them which led to their reputations we know today.

They were seriously horrible arrogant people .
I have however stayed at what was their pub and cottage in Swinbrook which was very nice .

The best thing about the series is that you see where they all got their ideas from, and were drawn in different directions from an early age; one or two towards Facism, and others toward Communism with real compassion for those less fortunate. 
And of course we know Nancy Mitford from her writings, I'm about to re read her Love In A Cold Climate.
