Getting a 'leg over'.

I stayed in Birmingham for a few days.. we visited the Black Country Living Museum..
All very interesting.. How people lived way back.. Everyone .. other then the 'posh' had to share ..
The outside loo.. no flush.. just a bucket that had to be emptied.. Tin bath on Sundays.. And the big old mangle.. My mum had a mangle . We kids had to muck in and turn the handle while feeding the sheets through.. The mangle being bigger /taller than us kids..

They also had a small fair operating.. Which distracted from the (old times) theme..
I was 'encouraged' to have a ride on the carousel..
 I got on fairly easily.. BUT it took three people to get me off.. My Sciatica would not allow me to lift my leg over.. It was hilarious... The mobile phones were flashing away..
 Famous at last..
 And it was bloody raining.. (mostly)

Still, you did better than me,  with my back I'd have probably got stuck getting on in the first place.

Back home.....Just. I'm waiting for the kettle to boil for a latte. Dunc is outside visiting with the Clydes. That was some drive, Dundee to Thurso without stopping.......Sheeezzzee I ache all over, early to bed for me.
Scan was fine didn't take too long, Doc injected me with some kind of dye to make the veins clear during the scan, didn't like that very much.

Mups, Clyde is 18 hands and Bonnie a bit smaller at 16.
