I suppose that in fairness, they don't appear to have much going for them in the way of appearance, and probably don't have much success with the ladies - for a number of reasons.

the reports I read said the tree was five hundred years old - just imagine 1525 only 13 years since Columbus reached the Americas, over a hundred years before the English civil war, over 200 years before the '45, three hundred years before steam trains, nearly four hundred years before the Wrights, and so on and so on - and these clowns destroyed it

There was another tree cut down ,the Enfield oak recently that was 500 years old .
Toby Cavery had it  cut down .
