Google Maps

Does anyone who uses Google Maps experience the annoying thing which I find quite regularly?

If I zoom in or, on occasion, use the feature to tilt the 3D view away from directly vertical, the thing packs up with a message, "Do you want to re-start the programme?"

Admittedly, it then continues to work again, even if I don't re-start and just continue to use it.  However, I wish I knew why it does this.

Rarely use Google Maps

Thanks anyway.  No real problem as sometimes it re-starts and works properly.  On other occasions it then fails to permit oblique views, so I just close it down and re-start it.  Nothing's perfect.
