It's time to make Amercia great again says Trump, fair enough BUT, last time he was in the White House he said exactly the same thing.
Soooooo I'd like to know why he didn't do just that last time. 

Because he didn't control either The Senate, or the Supreme Court the last time round. The Demoncrats had a majority in both of these and consequently blocked many legislative changes he wanted to make with ease. This time The Republicans have a clean sweep in all three Congressional bodies. Consequently he now has the power to effect real change. It's rather like here, Starmer has a storming majority in the Commons and the Lords as the Liberals and Greens always vote as a block behind Labour. Also unfortunately unlike here the Govt can propose legislation and simply adopt any new or alteration to existing statutes by a majority vote in both the Commons and then the upper house (Lords). However additionally in the States you also need the Supreme Court to agree. It was in this way the Biden could prosecute Trump by having the necessary Attorneys appointed by the Demoncrats to make 'Political' decisions to proceed with these whimsical actions. Sounds incredible but that's the way it  goes Stateside. In some ways they've never corrected from their infamous 'hang em high' Kangeroo courts of the 1870's ...

This man means business and he has meaningful pragmatic plans, unlike the mumbling cretin the UK has at the helm, who took money from you after 7 days and through a crisis of ideological fantasy has forced the UK economy into stagflation.

I recall a TV spoof comedy called Whoops Apocalypse.  In the first episode, the newly elected PM (played by Peter Jones) sorted out unemployment, the national debt, the NHS and indeed every problem within the UK.  Having done this, and wondering why it had taken his predecessors so long to fail to do this, he then announced that he was in fact superman IIRC.

There are parallels with what's going on stateside 😉
