Who is Turnip ?

Alex,  that's  what Dex calls the bloke who runs  the  Over 50's Chat forum.

His name is Azz and the turnip name is just Dex being Dex. 
Since he overhauled the old style forum he made a lot of rules, some ok some upset people, but it's his forum and it's popular. Personally I've not had any upset with Azz so I still go there as there are folks I get on well with, and I like talking with other like minded Scots.
From what I gather Azz is not a white Brit and that's why he made the racist rules in the first place.

Many years ago I was selling some camping gear on eBay. Somebody bid big and won then didn't pay so I had to relist. He claimed he had gone on holiday. I checked his email and he had his own company and the website listed all the employee emails. At the time well before email got locked down to the extent it is now  I was running a joke site that amongst the amusements had a dick with eyes and a word bubble so a talking cock could send messages to anybody and one of the joys was the sender could be spoofed. You'd never believe the sort of emails that talking dickhead sent to all his listed employees

Sorry Klondy,  but the reason I said that is because this isn't the first time Dex has tried to be 're-instated',   and I remember him saying he was ignored then as well.

If they do not want Dex back for whatever reason,  they should at least have the guts to reply and say as much,  instead of just keep ignoring him.  No need to humiliate people like that.

If anyone was that rude to me,   it would show me I had done the right thing by leaving,  and forget about it.

Mups, not offended at all.  I'm not gagging to get back on there.  As said, there are a couple of people I'd like to touch base with for a few posts every once in a while.

My home is here and the mothership now and I see no reason to change that.

The turnip is a grotesque thing indeed.  Couldn't give a flying fig about "them".  But it does hold the key to the shop.

I liked him first ( he's a dog lover apparently ) 

The new site was quite literally the start of the downward trend .

Difficult fussy and full of all sorts of silly bots and rulings .

A load of boring posters came on discussions were pathetic and woke  in the extreme .

He not only changed his site but his personality becoming very controlling .


The owners is also a blatant anti semite and Israel hater .

Disappointing .
