I have no idea what this is about.. Does anyone on here know anything about this.. ?
Do I need to open the link.? Will my life change if I don't..?

If you didn't ask for it you probably don't need it.

Could be an error. This is the NHS after all.

Or perhaps they want to give you a prostate exam as recommended by their diversity equality and inclusion policy.

The link appears to be genuine as it has the .NHS domain so no harm taking a look

send PORTAL SASHSTOP to 60056 is what I'd do.

I've several letters from the NHS recently & they've all gone in the recycling unopened.

Or, sign up to the patient portal via a bona fide NHS site, and see what's in there for you.

Best to avoid unsolicited SMS links.

I just checked and SASH.NHS is not a valid domain name.  
If you copied the message correctly it's entirely possible that sending a text to 60056 could result in a charge. Probably best to just delete the SMS and ignore it.
