Ah, BUT...

Can someone please explain what happens (or can happen) if you sign an NDA in good faith and then deliberately break it,

I believe in this case it's a civil offence and she could be sued by Wallace for breach of contract.  However, since she could probably counter-sue for his alleged upsetting and inappropriate behaviour, I'd imagine nothing will happen.

Whether her career as a ghost writer is affected due to her showing a precedence for breaking NDA's,...who knows?
