TV licensing used to send you a form and a SAE to confirm you would not be paying TV tax. I've even filled it in twice already in what I know with certainty to be about 3½ years. Now they are asking me to either phone them or go to their website. I think they can just whistle. So far as I'm aware they have no right to ask let alone insist that I tell them I don't use their product.

It even starts out with a lie "We  previously contacted you and we've had no response" - no they didn't I returned their form.

I had one telling me BBC i Player had been used in my house !   No it hadn't  you need a BBC account and a password, I don't have either.

Annoyingly it's got stuff on the back too so I can't even use it as scrap paper. The print might rub off on my bum so that rules out another use. Looks like the council will be getting it.

Bugger! I had one of those last week, they told me I had to pay by the 25th ...I filed it in the bin.
