Well, we have all heard and laughed at Irish jokes in the past.
They are just trying to carry on their historic traditions.

In all seriousness, why are they - and we - trying to create a majority muslim nation in what have been Christian societies for hundreds of years?
What?  They insist that they are trying to make it an equal society for all religions?
