Lovely day here, just spent two hours gassing to my neighbour who came over for a cuppa.  What's for tea ?  can't be arxed cooking, perhaps a quick cheese on toast !

As Scrumpy just said,  this weather is brilliant today.  Lovely and warm but without the intensity and scorching we had last month. 
I am just wearing a T.Shirt  ( and  me trousers of course  ),  and it's perfect.

Been in to pay the vet for looking a Lif's little 'growth' ,  and had a wee sample tested for Gertie.
Both results were fine, thank goodness.

Then took the dogs out for a little run across the field,  dropped them back home,  and went back out again to the local car wash.  My car is going in for its MOT and service tomorrow morning, so at least it looks cleaner now. 

Bills,  Vets,  Car service, MOT,    . . . . all I seem to do is cough up lately! 

I know the feeling have just bought a starter pack of Antinol .
It's a supplement for dogs with joint problems ,
It was a special offer of £85.50 .
I hope it works .
Someone ran into our car yesterday and the bill will be £820 ( we were stopped at lights ) 
Also the tyre got slashed somehow ( god knows how much ) 
I feel ill thinking about it.

I think the driver who ran into the back of your car Muddy surely is reliable for all costs..

It is annoying but I often wonder if they don't bump the insurance if an accident gets declared even when it is the other drivers fault and there is no loss of no claims. Odd that the tyre was damaged and the rest of the damage wasn't astronomical.

But Nottingham is pretty horrendous traffic wise .

Went to Bakewell today with my daughter.  Beautiful weather, streets lovely and clean, it was like taking a trip back in time. No beggars, drunks or spice heads.  Traditional shops and cafes.

That happened to my son's car a few weeks back. 
He reckoned it was those potholes with the sharp edges.  They slice the tyres.

Just left my car in for its MOT and service, and the nice chap brought me back home.
Fingers crossed all will be ok.

Took Fang der Wunderhund, my Yorkie with a serious attitude problem to the groomer this morning. She is local down the end of the road, she did the works on him, bath, trim, nails, ears for £35..she kept glancing at my beard with a sort of "I could do something with that" look 
Dog looks gorgeous and smells really nice...a bit like his owner
