My son had been trying to block off access to the bottom of his shed where that rat came from but Jack Russells were bred for rat catching and its in their blood. That's his first rat but he has had mice before.

Yes, I know some JR's  are good ratters,  and that is also what Bedlingtons were bred for years ago too.
In fact  a chap I used to know years ago from up North,  once told me that before he retired,  the council  vermin workers up there still used to use them for ratting!     
I guess that's why the Pikeys  like them to cross with their Whippets too.   Speed + hunting ability would be right up their street for hare coursing.

Got back from blood test. Waiting was boring. Now sitting typing boring stuff into the boring thread.

It certainly is boring.. So bored I went out and pruned two acers.. They look good..
Sausage and mash for lunch.. beat that!!

Charity shop this am.  Lunch. Facial after lunch, I look five minutes younger 😑 Home now, OH having a nap, for a bit of exercise I'll put the bin out.
