Rain here today.. Just a quick trip to the shop.. I worked hard in the garden yesterday.. 
I am pleased with the fence painting that I have done..

The sun was out this morning, now it's gone very dark and looks like rain.  I'm off with another delivery for the charity shop, another mixed box of goodies.

A busy day.  
Hospital appointment follow up appointment this morning,  pouring with rain along the A14, ,  then dashing home again to the decorators working on my spare room since yesterday.

They have been so good,  really hardworking,  no sitting in their van drinking coffee half the day,  and helped me with one or two other jobs while they were here, too.   They loved the dogs too,  so that made life easier too.   Good blokes.
They started yesterday morning,  and worked non-stop,  and have finished tonight.  I am really pleased with what they've done.

So tomorrow I want to shampoo the carpet,  and once that's dry, I can start moving all the stuff back out of the living room and back into the spare room again.  So that will keep me busy for the next few days.

On behalf of charity shops, thank you! I took a load to ours at the weekend, courtesy of my daughter in law. I must sort out some of our stuff, can't be bothered atm. 😑

Morning all.  

I was on the verge of feeling quite chilly in bed last night,  the temperatures really dropped.  
I hope I get more of my green tomatoes ripening before it starts getting to cold.

A nice sunny morning here,  but I must get on with cleaning this spare room carpet today,  not looking forward to that job. 
Just going to peg some washing out first.
