My son and grandson have been staying, grandson is looking at universities and Sheffield is high on his list.  They have an excellent rep for engineering which is what he wants.  Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 he gets the necessary grades.

I got fed up waiting for the NHS and went private. The consultant promised to have me on my feet in two weeks. He did. I had to sell the car to pay his bill.

It's a bit chaotic here today because I have got the decorators in doing up one room for me.
I had to empty the room for them yesterday,  all except the big heavy stuff.  Gawd,  I've got to stop hoarding  so much junk!    By bedtime I could hardly walk because of my back hurting.   
Now I've got no living room to sit comfortably in today because I had to empty all junk out of the other room into it.   
I really must have a sort out . . . .
