Excellent. I haven't used the sort of forums that would be used in years though. I must be mellowing. Or possibly growing up but that's unlikely - my internal age stopped rising decades ago.

It's not people it's  just automed scripts. Been a long time since we had a fake signup.

What are the scripts doing? Trying to get control of the server for their own ends. The log has 988 of these errors which are just attempts to exploit vulnerabilities  in the forum software. That's why I keep it up to date.

Don't expect to make sense of this... its an attempt at command insertion

Ah,  but they showed you how to do this on the Weather tonight, Vladsy.

Turn your back to the sun,  hold the colander up so that the sun shines through it, and at the same time hold a sheet of blank white paper behind the colander and that way you will see it safely produced on the paper.
Not sure what to expect,  but I'm gonna try it anyway.

Depending on where you are planning to watch the eclipse from, the timing for the event varies slightly:

• London & South-East: The partial eclipse begins at 18:17 BST, reaches its maximum depth (about 90% coverage) at 19:13 BST, and concludes by 20:06 BST. [1]
• North-West England (Manchester/Liverpool): First contact begins at 18:13 BST, with the maximum eclipse hitting at 19:10 BST. [1]
• Scotland: The initial signs of the eclipse will be visible earliest, starting at roughly 18:08 BST.

You can also use your phones camera, turn yourself with your back to the event, turn the camera angle so it's facing backwards like taking selfie and the sun/moon will appear on your screen. Better still if you have a selfie stick then you have more wriggle room to get your own face off screen. Unless you want a selfie with the eclipse behind you. That's how I'm doing it IF, I watch it. Been too tired for anything lately.

I am a happy bunny, a smart watch that I ordered yesterday on Amazon arrived today. It's designed for us elderly people, with alerts, and alarms if I fall. Speaks the date and time. It has a GPS system that tells me how to get somewhere and why I wanted to get there in the first place . Brill
