My goodness.   I have just seen they have put an Amber weather warnings out for this area.

We have a warning for    'Extreme heat'  - 33 ° -  38°  on Tuesday and Wednesday,  then still over 30° until the end of the week.

I am not looking forward to it one bit.
It worries me what's causing all this extreme heat,  and how it will end up.  :worried:

I've already got prickly heat rash on my arms, thinning skin is sensitive. I'll be indoors on the hottest days.  ☀️ ☀️
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

Morning All, Just back from a an early stroll along Dunnet Beach, only a couple of early tourists there with their dogs, Having some friends over for lunch, roast chicken and salad, eaten outside hopefully. Been a good while since we did this, looking forward to it.
Think the early morning midsummer ocean dip was on at The Front but I wasn't in the mood for lots of company and no way would I ever go into that freezing water.
Enjoy your day. 🙂

Plenty to drink is the answer.
When you're pissed you don't notice it.

Coffee at garden centre with my friend this am.  Scones are lovely!

I loathe hot weather - reset my internal clock to crepuscular to avoid as much of it as possible.  Seems to work - and it makes the Cat laugh.

Good afternoon.  No, I am not looking forward to this oncoming heatwave either.
I worry for my dogs as much as myself.   Gertie doesn't cope at all well.
I don't doubt for one minute that some half-wits still leave their dog in their car to fry.

Chicken Pie for dinner later,  unfortunately that means the oven will have to go on!

I had a fish pie .. Tesco Finest for my lunch.. No cooking here..
And I used a real plate...

What do you mean 'no cooking'  though?  Did you eat it raw?

Is there a microwavable fish pie? I used to buy them, but they were in a metal container.
I had a Tesco Roast Beef Dinner today and enjoyed it.
My meals are all microwavable now.
