The boring thread.....

I needed some shopping and went early. May well not go out again unless it clouds up. I did intend to go for an evening walk yesterday but the heat of the day killed off my enthusiasm for that.

Tesco have just delivered, my door is left unlocked so they can just walk in, when 
they were due and locked again now. My carers use the key-safe. 
I felt sorry for the delivery chap in this heat.

The forcast for today is around 34/35 deg... 
I am staying in... again..
I did check on my neighbours... And always give the birds plenty of water..

I had to go out this morning for a blood test,  then I stopped at the garden centre on the way home to pick up a couple of bits I needed.

Yes, I keep the birds water topped up too, Scumpy.   They have got two bowls to drink from,  and two more which are big enough to bathe in.  
I have changed their water twice today already because it either gets hot,  or they've poo'd in it, so not nice for others to drink from!

 Oooh . .   its got that creepy,  very still,  feeling in the air here,  plus there some ominous big  black clouds  overhead. 

Oh Gawd,  I just heard a rumble of thunder in the distance too  . .   

Now then,  do I water the plants,  or do I  let nature do it?   


BTW,  does anyone here ever unplug their tellies and computers during a  storm?

I can go a bit better than that now, Alex.    There is strange water coming out of the sky.
