I used to love cadburys milk chocolate but ......one look at the palm oil pouring into it ( instead of milk) has put me off completely .

I agree, since it was bought by an American company it has gone to pot.
That's why I no longer buy it.

I've started waking early. It's well annoying as it means I'll nod off in the evening wake and eventually go to bed late but still wake early again. It's like having two short days in one.

GrannyMac

It's a pain. I woke about 6.30 today, late for me. 😴 The dropping off during the afternoon, or evening is happening more.  🙄 Starting to feel old....
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

Blimey Granny - I don't think even a bomb would wake me up at 6.30.

But what time do you do to  bed usually?

klondike

It's usually 11ish. The early waking just leads to me nodding off when parked on the sofa. If I went to bed earlier it would just lock me in on the early riding. What usually happens is I'll wake up for a pee (much preferable to the other possibility) then the early light stops me dropping off again as usually happens in winter. I do have some blackout curtains but they aren't 100% effective.

My sleep pattern is crazy, last night I was so tired I went to bed at 8.30pm,
awoke about 1.30am and slept again from about 4.30am until almost 9am.
But it doesn't matter. When I'm tired, I sleep, day or night. And bother no one.
My morning carer has just been a lovely Sri Lankan lady, we talked about
gardening, which she loves. She is only 52 kg, which I envy and admire.

Chilly.. Yesterday I lost an earring in the garden.. It is a hoop.. not too big 5cm..
Today the search continues.. I  seem to be looking in the same places..
Just pottering.. Not going for a walk today .. can't be arsed..
Might cut my fringe...
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

If you find it it will be the last place you look

I doubt i will find it.. I am holding on to the one I have.. just in case !!

I looked at the concrete path I repaired yesterday.. It will do..
I did better than the bloody council when it comes to pot holes..

Heavy rain/sleet just started..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Glad I had this cuppa. Sun was out bit chilly but not that bad. I was going to go out for a walk but thought I'll have a cuppa first. Now it's dull and raining again before I've finished it.

Hmm sun's out again. Not sure if I should risk it. I can guarantee that if it does start again it will be at the furthest point I get from home. If only I had some seaweed to check.

Ah,  that's a shame Scrumps.
Are you sure you lost it in the garden,  and not when you were getting dressed this morning -  or in your bed even?
I hope it turns up for you.

It's annoying to lose one earring.  I once lost one hearing aid; luckily, I was
able to claim it from my insurance.

The first hearing aid I had was nicked by my naughty kleptomaniac dog, Gertie.
She had chewed up all the tubing,  and was just about to get to the main part when I caught her red-handed.
Thank God she didn't swallow the battery.

She looks like butter wouldn't melt, doesn't she . . .   good job I love her . .
