Good morning all, on this lovely bright sunny day.

I am trying to catch up on some jobs at home today,  a never ending job!
Just going to nip up the Co-op first,  see if I can see Scrumpy in there.

Why is it that everytime I come back to the forum I have problems. When I press my let's chat icon I get a blank page which asks me to enter the website name but does not provide the means to do so. A search on Google gets me here but I have to login again.

There is nothing in the forum software that sets up icons or shortcuts  - that's up to you. Your best bet is to ask Google how to do it on whatever device you are using. The AI response that appears first is likely to give step by step instructions

When you log in there is an option for how long . Select Forever and you won't need to log in again. Unless you delete your browser cookies of course.

Badly worded, I apologise, I meant a link which I added to my iPad screen clicking on the normally directs me to the forum. Recently this has not been happening,  am directed to a blank page with instructions to enter the name of the website. Nevertheless I think I might have found another way to get into the forum many thanks

I delete cookies and caches every day,  trying to get rid of anything scammers might leave.
So does this mean I can't stay logged in 'Forever'  then?
