Lovely day here, great to sit out in the sun with my coffee  :upvote:   The brolly blew over in Storm Dave so I'm trying to clean it up a bit I think the crank handle thinggy is damaged though, one for my lad.  Re-potted some Rosemary plants, broke a clay pot in the process....

I've had a lovely day.
My son and DIL came over late morning,  and helped in the garden until mid afternoon.
Gary did some pruning of shrubs which I haven't been about to do with this dodgy shoulder/arm still,  and also cut my grass for me,  while  Jean did loads of weeding then helped me re-pot a lovely big Camelia.

No one has ever helped me before,  I have always done it myself as I love my little garden,  but I have been a bit crotchety of late,  and with everything starting to grow again it was quickly getting out of hand.

I have still got more hoeing to do, and the seed sowing for this year,  but at least we've made a start.
It was also glorious warm sunshine all day too,  a beautiful day, with lots of Ladybirds and Butterflies everywhere.

Your day sounds lovely Mups.  I'm so glad now that we only have a small garden. It's pretty full of perennials, so not a great deal of work.  I need to get some plants for the tubs now the bulbs have almost finished.

It's a beautiful day today, I volunteer at an Age UK drop in session most Tuesday mornings. A friend is trained to do checks for things like Pension Credit, Blue Badges, Attendance allowance etc.  I do a bit of admin, make people drinks, or just chat while they're waiting.  Sometimes the main reason people is to just talk to another person.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖
