My washing machine has frozen so I had to take my unrinsed clothes to my lad's house.  It looks like the child lock is on as there's a picture of a key     no idea how that happened, but it's impossible to de-activate it.  I found my receipt, I bought it on 22 March 2023 so it's out of guarantee

It should tell you there about the child lock.
How did you get your clothes out if the door was locked though?

There are several of these on YouTube. If you check there for deactivate child lock your brand you could well strike lucky

Could even be the one as it mentions a key symbol

Bloody childlock.. That happened to me.. I had the instruction book but still couldn't work it out..
One of my neighbours sorted it.. i don't even know how the childlock became activated..

Morning, Turned quite chilly today, been for my swim and a few messages in town, filled up the bird feeders and wee cheeky is back for a 2nd breakfast.  He was there scoffing at 7.30 when I left for the pool.

The machine is sorted.  I rang customer services and got a really helpful lady at Bosch.  She talked me through clearing the lock, apparently they're so sensitive you can knock it on with your chest     
The door opened to take out the washing , so much for a children's lock !  The good news is the guarantee runs until March 2028.
