Thanks Raven.  I've got to be on my way in about 20 mins time.

A friend sent me some wise words this morning.  I thought it very true,  and good advice.
The message said:

"Be Happy."
"Enjoy every moment of your life,  it is too short to waste on grudges.
Laugh whenever you can,  apologise when you should,  and let go of what you can't change."

I liked that.

The Physio was a nice girl.  I was in there with her for nearly an hour. She asked loads of questions.
She has given me some gentle exercises, and will see me again in April to see how its going.

I am also starting a new exercise class this Friday as  I couldnt take any more of the ear splitting music she played in the other class.   Someone else I saw today said exactly the same thing.  Pity though.

Computer man should be here tomorrow, so hope he can sort all the problems out with the new hard drive.

It dropped down cold during the night here,  but lovely sunshine this morning again.
Waiting for my computer man now,  he said about 10-ish.

I put mine through a car was Monday as it was covered in (probably) Sahara dust. It was fairly mucky again when I took it out yesterday.

I've got a black car now. They show up all the muck. I used to say it's about time they made a road muck colour car. I've seen some that are pretty much that. They look horrible whether they are mucky or clean.

Well another nice day and it's the vernal equinox tomorrow so I've decided I'll give shorts a try and risk scaring  the local wildlife. Although it's sunny the temperature isn't all that high. I could bottle out after a few hundred yards. Possibly less. Occasionally in the past when I've misjudged the weather I only got as far as the front gate.

Men are notorious for letting us down.  I think it must be a genetic thing.

Another thing that has pee'd me off today is that car insurance claim that has been rumbling on since last September.
They have just sent me another email which is identical to the last 2 or 3 they've sent.  It says exactly the same stuff about they might have to employ a solicitor on my behalf  - blah blah blah.
So I have been on the phone to them this morning too.

They said it was just a routine letter to keep me in touch.
I said it was a waste of their time and mine,  and what is the point of sending me identical letters each month.   I want to know the current situation,  not what it was last year!     His reply was they have been chasing the Motor Insurance Bureau for answers for the last month,  and apparently they don't take phone calls, it has to be through some sort of 'portal.'
And this is what they call progress nowadays??

Heaven forbid!    You could have warned us earlier, and given  us time to find the smelling salts!

Lovely day here, warm in the sun. Line of washing dried, OH has cut the grass and I've faffed about in the garden. Going to read my book in a sunny corner now.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I'll have you know that some ladies seem to admire a bit of male leg so there....

As I was passing the bus stop a middle aged  lady was caught out by a driver training bus and stood looking dumbstruck as it passed. The L plates on the back were a bit of a giveaway and I made a comment about them catching her out. No idea how but we were nattering for quite a while about this that and nothing at all before I made my excuses and left. I think she admired my lily white knees and hairy calves. As did the young lady whose assistance I sought in picking out the best grapes as she was carefully examining them and I wondered what to look for. I haven't tried her recommended ones yet.
