I can't tolerate them. I was getting pretty bad muscle pains and mentioned it to my neighbour. She asked if I'd been put on statins recently. I had. I stopped them. Pains went away.

Same happened to me Klondy and I tried 2 or 3 types, my original attempt was about 12 years ago.  They have more choice now I imagine, anyway no point me trying to guess what will happen, just need to wait for GP to contact me.
