Shopping early, it was so nice to go before it gets busy.  Then I went to the charity shop for a couple of hours.  Home made soup (thanks to my OH) for lunch.  Its raining now, pleased I won't be going out again.

Wind and no direct sun spoiled it a bit today. Similar temperature to yesterday but felt cooler. A lot better than it has been though even though there was a shower after I got back.

I got up, showered, put on a bit of slap intending to go out, but I didn't make it.    My Hoover is still sat in the hall incase anybody calls round 😎

Off to bed now.  Must be up early in the morning because I've got the Virgin engineer coming to try and sort my  broadband problems out and hopefully connect up the new router they sent me.
He is supposed to be here anytime between  8am - 12. 

Hope  it's nearer 12 than 8 though!

Good advice k.  We have a neighbour who is a Virgin engineer.  He came to upgrade our phone line, left his number in case any issues with any of the kit.  The engineers who have been, have been great. But 0/10 for their contact centre & customer service.

I have always had good results from Virgin engineers.. 
 I am never rude or arrogant.. I just play the stupid lady.. and always offer a drink..
  And smile..

I got up extra early,  showered, gave the dogs their brekkie, and I am just having a cup of tea while waiting for this engineer to come.
No doubt the p.c. will work perfectly and without any problems, just because he is here!

No car.. My granddaughter Hattie is collecting it today.. She went over a pothole yesterday and her exhaust dropped.. She heard the a loud noise.. It was dark .. It could have been anyone of the many we have around these parts..  She needs a car for work ..
Good job she has a Nanny who is happy to help and does not need a car for work.. ..
And has no appointments lined up for a few days...
