I have musical tinnitus; it's usually a Gregorian chant. 

Yesterday at 08:14:57 PMThat often happens to me, especially if my arthritis is playing silly beggars.
I used to stress about not getting up to feed my cat, but now I'm alone, and
I turn night into day, and my carer arrives; they leave me to catch up on sleep.

Yes,   I am usually worse if my aches and pains are worse that night, too.   Rotten isn't it.

I have always slept well until recently,  in fact I normally have trouble waking up!  Nowadays  it's getting to sleep that's the problem instead.
