We came home today, it was a beautiful day in Cheshire, blinding sun.  By Buxton it was grey, and it didn't brighten up in South Yorkshire. Rain expected.

Today I cooked a roast dinner.. Just for me..
What a waste of gas/electric..
Three small roast potatoes.. One Yorkshire pudding sitting all alone in an oven.. 😁 😁

 

I know what you mean Scrumpy,  I did just the same on Boxing Day..  
Turkey, roasties, yorkie, roast parsnips . .  the lot.
Glad I made the effort though,  'cos it was scrummy.
