Mmm, let me think on that, I am trying to think of it not as dying, more like leaving early to avoid the rush ( shamelessly nicked from Terry Pratchett)

Mups

Don't go thinking like that Vlad,   you've got donkeys years left in you yet, man.   :hugs:

Well, maybe a day or two anyway. 😬😬

Quote from: Alex on Yesterday at 04:55:48 PMI too love cathedrals and churches in general.  I went into the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool only a few years ago.  I've driven past so many times and never went inside but it is absolutely massive, in fact the largest in the UK and 5th largest in the world (*I looked that up  )  so if you're ever in Liverpool it's a must visit - as is the Catholic Cathedral, aka Paddy's Wigwam  :upvote:
I was in Liverpool earlier this year, just for the day.  Both cathedrals were pointed out on the open top bus tour, but time was limited. I'd like to visit for a couple of days and see them.  We did take the ferry across the Mersey!   I'd like to revisit Chester too.  Once had a coffee in the Cathedral cafe, but didn't have time for a proper visit.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

Heading over to Wick with himself later this morning, Stocking up at the huge Tesco, that means lots of extra cake, biscuits, ice-cream and no doubt a tin of quality street, always is when Dunc gets loose in a supermarket :nooo:. I don't like him shopping with me......sigh. His excuse is just incase I need support or feel dizzy.

Went clay shooting yesterday and despite being a cold day it was busier than I've seen it before. There was the odd group of men and women but mostly groups of men and bigger groups too. Usually its just groups of a couple or three blokes but there was one group of five. Son reckoned they were all skiving out of Christmas shopping.

I reckon you're right.  Sensible chaps. Been to Sainsbury's this morning, busy, a few blokes who look like its an annual outing for them with their other halves. Wandering about and getting in the way!   Like Raven, I prefer to shop by myself.

I am crap at clay, but shit hot with grenades. Not that I get much chance to do that these days, the council are a bit strict.

And before anyway comments I am having a coffee break ......

What a rotten, drab old day again.
I've done nothing I intended to do,  can't seem to get motivated today.
Hope others are having a better day.

It is warmer out than it has been but so dull. Did do for a walk but just for the exercise rather than the pleasure of it.
