The boring thread.....

I was out in the garden at 5.30am this morning, it was lovely and cool

I was laying on my bed. It was pretty warm.

I had to go to the shop.. I walked .. pointless taking a car... It was HOT..
Marvelous how three packages were (delivered) to my house overnight and left outside ..
One from the post office.. two from Amazon.. All neatly left outside front door..

Didn't know the PO worked overnight.. 
I guess i am lucky that no (chancers) walked by and nicked the lot..

I've had more than enough of such fierce heat now, so have my dogs.
I went into Pets @ Home the other day to buy one of those pet cooling pads for them to lie on,  but they had completely sold out.
How people can sit out and sunbathe is this, I don't know.

Some roofers working down the road from me have been working day after day with no tops on, looking rather like large conkers on legs.      An invite for skin cancers I'd have thought.

I popped out but was back home by 10.30am, too bloody hot out there.  I'm sitting in my kitchen where the temperature is 27° at the moment  🥵

I've been waiting for 2 parcels to arrive, they said between 11am - 2pm, just as well I intended to stay home as they didn't arrive.   BUT just logged in to an email account where it says parcels delivered ?!   I opened the front door to find them on the step - WHY DIDNT THEY RING THE BLOODY BELL !!!!!!!!

I know what you mean.   It always annoys me when they say on their emails - "Parcel handed to owner"  and it bloody well wasn't!

I was going to do an early walk too.. But the hands on my clock moved too fast..

I was also helped by a dull start to the day. Sun still hasn't burned all the cloud away. Might nip to Aldi as Lidl have been out of stock of a couple of my regular items. No idea if Aldi will carry their own and of course they may use the same suppliers. If not I can do without. I'll have to or pay double which is against my religious beliefs.

Watered my front garden early this morning.. My lovely snowball tree has died..
I wont dig it out.. just in case it comes to life in the spring..
