Morning, Dull but still dry here, got to see the nurse at noon, they want more blood for tests sheeezzzee. Might be able to have lunch at the cafe on the front, if it's not full of blooming tourists.
Going to drive over to the garden centre later if I have the energy, give me an idea of what I want for the tubs this year.

I have just seen that with a good clear sky tonight,  we should be able to see a really good meteor shower,  called the Lyrid Meteor Shower.
It comes round towards the end of April with up to 18 meteors per hour visible.

Hope its a nice clear sky,  I shall look forward to seeing that.

Even phones don't see through clouds though which have a habit of turning up whenever some astronomical event gets a mention.

True.  Which is why I revert to using my X-ray specs which I bought ages ago from a company that had an ad on an old Reader's Digest.😬

Good morning all on this gorgeous sunny morning.
A gardening day today,  catching up on things I haven't done yet.

Another brain teaser for those who want to try -

You are a cyclist in a cross-country race. Just before the crossing finish line, you overtake the person in second place. In what place did you finish?

Vlad

Doh! Second? I suppose I'm wrong so I wil be over in dumbo corner
