Me too. We pay for a contract now to cover everything like the boiler/heating, electrics, plumbing etc. OH would have fixed most things but no way is he getting up ladders or crawling under sinks now.

My contract is with Home Serve, but each time you get a different engineer, there's a lot to be said for having your own plumber/engineer who knows the system and previous problems.
