Rain was forecast but I bravely faced it and went clay shooting anyway. I took a synthetic stock gun rather than a nice posh wood one. It only drizzled a bit and most of the time not even that. It was cold though. Temperature seems to vary quite a bit yesterday wasn't the Bahamas but it wasn't bad out.

I drove for the first time today, 6 weeks since the op. Enjoyed being in the pool, feel quite tired now, but going in the right direction healthwise.
