Good morning all.  Yet another dull day, and its drizzling now too.

Off to my exercise class in a mo, then lunch at Tesco on the way home.
Bet you wish your day was as exciting as mine.

Off to post a hedge trimmer I sold on eBay.  Then off to a kitchen shop who are going to replace our door/drawer fronts and put new laminate down whilst they're at it, and pay the deposit.

When I get home I'm going to update the software on my graphical calculator so it'll draw 3D stuff.  Phwoarr ‼️

Then, and do try to keep up, I'm off for three hours tutoring this afternoon/evening and having a Caesar salad when I get home.

Blood test this morning, every 3 months because of the methotrexate..sold the house...I think I will do a curry for dinner today.

Yep, sold to youngish couple first time buyer  for over the asking price. First buyer who were really nice opted out for some reason after making an offer.
So our house was on the market for 1 month, quite a number of viewers do obviously priced correctly...had a number of offers over the asking price so eventually picked the best offer.
Appointed our own conveyance and completed the library of questionnaires over two days and returned via parcel post ...last time I signed this many documents I ended up in the military! 
Daughter has moved into the new place which we have visited...impressed and pleased.
Removal company booked and on standby for move. 
I now await for the slow wheels of conveyancing to grind into operation.
