Yesterday I loitered in Iceland's supermarket, it was lovely
Arrived home later and after putting my shopping away I flaked on the bed and there I stayed till this morning. Fan on, windows open and dinner was wholemeal roll with roast beef and red onion which I enjoyed

The ceiling fan I installed a couple of years back has really earned its keep and works well even on the lowest setting. Just as well as the highest means I need a seatbelt to stay on the sofa.

I found my first mention of it..;

There are loads of others moaning that I hardly ever need it. Cost was around £100 plus a little bit extra to alter the lights. Aircon might be a lot more expensive and needed as often so maybe the running cost could be disregarded.

With great struggle (I might add) Shaun removed my old toilet seat..
New one in place.. I've tried it out.. nice fit... tailored just for MY bum...
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Did they send somebody out to 3D scan your bum? I know there are several companies who offer the service but some have poor reputations. Which did you use? Are they priced on size?

Mups

Morning all.  So glad it is cooler today.
Glad you've got your loo seat sorted Scrumpy.  I think I could do with a pet Shaun.

I left a tissue in the pocket of some trousers I washed this morning.   It don't half make a mess in the machine don't it.  Everything's covered in 'snow.'

Just waiting for my son and DIL to arrive now,  I've got some spare plants for her.

Glad to hear it.
Now my advice is that you stop wriggling your bum on the seat so much, or you'll have to replace it again before long.  Everything has its breaking point, you know.

I finally got bored with receiving ever more strident threats from TV licencing. I thought the latest might be a late Christmas card as it was in a very fetching all red envelope but it was them again so I finally completed the no licence required declaration for at least the third time.

Alex

They've been quiet for quite a while, but I'll look forward to receiving my red envelope too

I've been getting one a month for a while now. I fail to see why I should be filling their forms in. I don't have to keep telling Sky I don't want their TV.

Wow, how bloody annoying, it's months since I last heard from them.
