Yours sounds a bit more like an Italian version of Coq au Vin, which I can relate to somewhat!!

Especially since it sounds like something I'm more comfortable with using a slow cooker for.

Today, I spent the morning griping about the price of carrots.

Among the many interesting things I've done this afternoon, I changed the blade on my chop saw.

We shall be continuing our slow binge watching of every episode of Heartbeat on ITVX after tea.

Tried to put a clear sealant around my kitchen sink.. Cocked it up.. I'll think about it another day..
