I know.  I need to paint the garden bench, but the sun has gone in. Off to the leisure centre later, then a quick pop into Lidl.

I deleted my account as I have little self discipline and wanted to make an extra layer of difficulty.

I have to continue this break for a while due to home circumstances (I think Vlad may have explained).  

A part reason for the break was that my cruel cockney humour had upset one of my best friends (Mups) as I was offloading stress through excessive sarcasm.  Soz.  I like you all way too much to cock things up on here.

Maybe mad, but I am what I am.

I can never remember whether my IQ is 6 or 3, so I've used 63 to cover all bases😬😉

My MiL ain't looking good.  Some of the metalwork they put in her leg has now broken through and become exposed; probably due to thin skin degradation, which is a major concern in terms of infection.  The latest news is that she'll probably have to have surgery to remove the plates.  Given her declining health....who knows how that'll pan out.  Either way, she's probably not going to live long.  Where's the assisted dying bill when you need it when just about everyone involved is likely of the same opinion????🤷🏻�♂️😢  

She's had enough, but the medics are duty bound to try their best.  For what purpose, literally only God knows.

As posted earlier, I still need some time out and tonight is a courtesy call to you all.

Dex set up a spoof account - GertieSpartacus for a joke some time back. As he deleted his account he used GertieSpartacus to log in. I've fiddled it to have the alias Dex rather than his original id dextrous63 as he no longer wants to brag about his IQ 

I use the alias Mark on the admin account but it has a different login id. Obfuscation is a minor additional security measure. Updating the software the forum runs on would be a better one but it would take ages and there is little incentive for anybody to hack this site.

I could, bit by bit, set up several new accounts under different names.
I'd then be able to argue with myself... and several other myselves.
