To be fair I've never seen any "foreigners" at the dentist, unlike my doctor's surgery !   I'm on this Denplan thing Cass.  It went ok, my problem could be solved by implants (oral type  ) round about £15,000 apparently  :yahoo:

I'm not letting the weather put me off today. Decided I need some retail therapy, my weight loss necessitates some new clothes.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I have no problem at my dentist... The same as Alex I have Denplan...
No (Immigrants) around here..
We only have one NHS dentist.. that I know of..

Bloomin' cold again.    I seem to feel the cold much more than I used to.
They reckon it will be -3 here the end of the week.
Best get the fleeces out the shed and cover some of my plants over again  -   after I've had another cup of tea.

Having a few lazy days until my eyes sort themselves out. Had laser treatment at the hospital yesterday because the pressure behind them is way too high. This treatment is suppose to lower it and clear the draining ducts in the eyes. Had 6 different lots of drops yesterday, 4 before the treatment and 2 after it. I couldn't see a thing just a horrible haze, felt sick and dizzy, not allowed to drive, couldn't have even if I wanted to so had to take Dunc with me. By the time we got home I had a thumping headache and could not bare any light near my eyes. Went to bed with an audio book to listen to in the dark as I couldn't have any lights on, opened the fridge to get the milk and the light in there was so painful.
I'm still a bit light sensitive this morning but better than yesterday, back next month for check up to see if it worked.
Am so sick of health issues hitting me, it's one damn thing after another.

It's miserable isn't it, Raven.    I've been the same the last couple of years.   In fact mine all started after my first covid vaccine made me ill,  and I have had one thing after another ever since.

Sorry to hear of your unwellness ladies.  I trust the treatment will be for the best soon Raven.

Am just so busy nowadays.  Masked woodwork and spray painted a bedroom today.

Am looking forward to the end of next week when things will hopefully return to normal (the MiL is making steady progress) and, luckily for you all, I'll be on here somewhat more often.😬

I've got three of those,  they're good aren't they.

Have you ever used the sap?    I have when I get a bad gnat bite in the summer.

My shopping trip was 'interesting' yesterday! Trams weren't running due to an alleged armed man holed up in a block of flats near the tracks.  Residents evacuated, big police presence since Monday night, and it's still going on.

Mental health problems no doubt GM.   I wonder why people were evacuated from their homes and not just told to stay indoors ?  Hopefully all resolved by now  :upvote:

GrannyMac

The roads have been reopened but the police are still there this morning.  Not resolved yet. I hope no innocent people are hurt.  After the recent murder of 15 year old in a local school recently, no more carnage please.
