Am nil by mouth until I've had my oesophagogastroduodenoscopy with dilation this afternoon. Looking forward to being spaced out with the sedative.

Ta. Not a big deal, truth be told.

More bothered by the fact that I replaced our washing machine door seal yesterday, and by Sod's Law, the drum bearing has suddenly worn itself out. So, need to nip to Curry's to pick up a new machine, and will get round to fixing the old one and keep it as a Harry. Oops, I meant kept outside as a spare.😉😬😬😬

I always replace goods.. Can't be bother with all this repair stuff that usually cost a bomb and the same problem comes back..
Some machines are not made to last..

Bright and sunny, but a cold frosty morning here. My car is still all iced up, too.

My Ocado order has just arrived, so best go and start unpacking it.

Mups, it's the third of a standard three post op procedures. After this, it'll probably be once in a blue moon, as and when required.

I've put on at least 2 stone since the op in Dec 2023, so it was a success in many ways, but just needs an occasional service to keep it running😊👍
