Gawd, I hate when I can't sleep. This will cost me my swim, there's no way I"ll get to the pool for 7am.

These grey days get me down.

It started years ago when I was still working. It was the only time I could go, it's habit now and I like to start my day with it, I feel it sets me on track. It's too busy later as the aqua classes are on, the schools are in, Mother n toddler groups are in and lessons are on. Early is lane swimming only, it's the same people most mornings and we get on fine.
Occasionally Dunc fancies a while in the Sauna so we go later, but often the pools too busy for a proper swim then.
