Apparently Tesco are doing 25% off clothes for clubcard holders so I'll take a look. I think the last time I was in there was when they were running this offer before.

Yes they always look pretty and colourful, don't they.
Mine keep seeding and popping up everywhere.

I've  also got some spring bulbs popping up through the ground already.

I have loads of those yellow primrose looking flowers in bloom.. Heaven knows where they come from.. They pop up all over the place..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

I have all sorts of things popping up between the block paving. I really should sort it out.

My knee pain is Sciatica.. It is a nerve that shoots off to the (right) causing severe  pain..
That's alright then..
That's what my doctor thinks..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Chop it orff then.

You'd be eligible for a parking permit then, plus it's a quick way to lose weight.

Raven

Chiropractor should be able to sort that for you. Mine did.

My son has it. He gets prescribed pills. The dosage increases when they stop working. End game is an operation.

It may well be different for different people - that's just how it is looking for him. He isn't any too keen on the operation.

I agree with Raven.   Worth trying a good chiropractor,  and at least it might help your son to reduce pills a bit,  and maybe even deter surgery.
Worth a try at least.

I'm pretty much certain he won't take that route. I've used a chiropractor in the past and my problem was eventually fixed but I'm not all that convinced that it wouldn't have cleared up by itself anyway. Mine was lower back pain that failed to fix itself in a few days as it always had before. I went to the chiropractor after a month and it was at least a month later before it finally started getting better. I've had problems since but they've always been short term since.

dextrous63

Touch wood it clears up on its own then.

I get lower back pain too.  Miserable at times, isn't it.  They said years ago I had a 'bulging disc.'
I stuff a nice warm hot water bottle on it when I sit down in the evenings,  but its rotten in the morning when I first get up.

You ever tried sleeping on a hard floor Mups?  I occasionally do that when I have a back twinge.  Seems to help.
